Southport's Swing Bridge

On a recent trip to the mid-coast region of Maine, I took a trip out to Southport Island to photograph the old Cuckold Light Station. On the way back I liked the way to low angle of the sun was casting shadows and highlighting the west-facing shorelines. When I came to the Southport Swing Bridge, also known as the "Townsend Gut Bridge,” that connects the island to the mainland, I was compelled to put my drone up to capture the bridge and the surrounding waterways that lead out to the Sheepscot River.
